Ashley Cumpas

Ashley Cumpas is a proud lifelong resident of Vallejo, California, with more than 10 years of experience serving the community through Solano County’s Health and Social Services Department. Currently serving as a Project Manager for Napa Solano Area Agency on Aging, Ashley leads initiatives that enhance the independence, dignity and well-being of older and disabled adults in Napa and Solano counties.

Ashley holds a bachelor’s degree in health education from San Francisco State University and a master’s degree in public health from Touro University California. Through her work with Solano County, Ashley has developed expertise in communications, community outreach and engagement, project management, and building strategic collaborations across government, healthcare, nonprofit organizations, and the communities they serve. She is excited to bring these skills as a new member of the Vallejo Police Department’s Chief Advisory Board.
