VALLEJO, CA — The Vallejo Police Department (VPD) is issuing an update regarding the January 18, 2023, homicide.

The Vallejo Police Department is releasing the name and identity of the victim, 41-year-old Dayna Jones of Richmond. The VPD confirmed the next of kin in this case and has made contact with the victim’s family.
