Courtney Willis

Courtney Willis is a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), a Vallejo Parks & Recreation Teacher of Yoga and Meditation and a youth advocate.

Courtney has devoted her whole adult life to teaching health and mindfulness. When the opportunity came to work closely with Vallejo's Police Department to promote peace and community involvement, she jumped on the opportunity to work with this incredible group of individuals who share the same level of commitment as she does: An allegiance to peace, open communication, and rebuilding Vallejo.

Courtney is a single mom and 13-year resident of the Vallejo Heritage District. She teaches Yoga and meditation of all kinds around the Bay Area and Wine Country to many different types of groups. She also volunteers where needed and stays involved in positive activism when she can. Courtney has a vested interest in constructing a strong relationship between Vallejo residents and the Vallejo Police Department. She has committed her time and energy to be present for both the vulnerability and the growth that the Chief Advisory Board will cultivate with VPD members. She believes in Operation PEACE!
