VPD Arrests Suspect In March 18, 2022 Homicide

On July 1, 2022 at approximately 8:20pm during an unrelated traffic stop, Vallejo Police Officers arrested 19-year-old suspect Damian Jones Jr. of Vallejo in connection to the March 18, 2022 fatal shooting of 49-year-old Vallejo resident LaPrell Briggs.

Californians Encouraged to Always Wear Their Seat Belt

Recently, Vallejo Police Officers were alerted to a human trafficking case involving a minor from the State of Nevada. Upon further investigation, Vallejo Police Officers also recovered another missing juvenile at a local address without incident and released them into the custody of CPS.
